About the gym

Strength & conditioning

Our purpose‑built youth performance gym

Built specifically for young athletes, not an adult gym adapted for kids. Every piece of equipment is age-appropriate.

Every session is coached. We teach technique first, then build up with safe, step-by-step progressions, so children get stronger without cutting corners.

What it does for your child's football

  • 1
    Speed and acceleration

Quicker first steps, faster sprints and sharper changes of direction.

  • 2
Strength and power on the ball

Holding off challenges, striking cleanly and winning duels.

  • 3
    Balance and coordination

Better control of the body, so better control of the ball.

  • 4
    Injury prevention and resilience

Stronger muscles and joints that cope with the demands of the game.

  • 5
    Confidence

Children who feel strong and capable play with more belief.

  • 6
    Long-term athletic development

The right foundations at the right age, building an athlete who supports the footballer.

Ages 5–15

Coached by stage, not just age

Children are matched by stage rather than strict age, so everyone is challenged at the right level.

Younger players (5–10)

Movement, coordination and a love of the ball

Lots of touches, movement games and coordination work, so the basics become second nature.

Older players (11–15)

Speed, power and game understanding

Building to speed, power and functional strength, with more decision-making and match situations.
